After cleansing/washing the body in the bath or shower, you would exfoliate with the coco avo scrub, finishing off the routine with full body moisturising. Recommended to use once or twice a week.

Coconut: coconut flakes gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells, whilst nourishing and hydrating. Coconut is rich in fatty acids so aids the skin retention of moisture. It is also a humectant that draws moisture to the skin and prevents water loss.

Almond Oil: Improves the look and feel of the skin. A lightweight moisturising agent that allows the skin to breathe whilst nourishing. A much-loved antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that is known to help soothe irritated skins such as eczema and psoriasis.

Avocado Oil: Jam packed full of vitamins A, D & E as well as antioxidants and essential fatty acids this ingredient packs a punch, it aids the skin’s ability to heal and supports healthy elastin production.

Lychee: A pro-ageing booster ingredient full of Vitamin E and Niacin to lock moisture into the skin and protect and maintain the skins natural barrier.
